On March 2, 2022, the inaugural meeting of the "Zhuhai Kehui Algorithm and Circuit Research Group" was grandly held in the company's conference hall. The company's chairman, directors and supervisors of various departments, as well as all colleagues from the R&D department, witnessed this historic moment.
The conference was announced by Mr. Jie Cheng, the Director of the R&D Department, who announced the establishment of the "Algorithm and Circuit Research Group". Mr. Jie elaborated on the company's emphasis on talent in the Technology Department, highlighting various initiatives in personal ability improvement and research topic selection. He introduced that all projects currently being pre-researched and developed by the Technology Department are progressing in an orderly manner. It is expected that the company will launch several new products with high technological content, strong practicality, and excellent customer experience in the next two years. He also analyzed the current status of the Technology Department, emphasizing the need for high stability and high precision circuits and algorithm innovation in projects such as high-level standard meters and non-contact sampling. The purpose of establishing the Algorithm and Circuit Research Group is to leverage the expertise of each technical staff, summarize and refine the company's technological accumulation over the years, innovate algorithms, and research high-performance circuits, laying a solid foundation for developing more products and technologies.
Mr. Jie announced that Yang Yongfeng from the software team would serve as the leader of the algorithm research group, and Lin Jiemin, a senior hardware engineer, would take up the position of the leader of the circuit research group. Both leaders expressed their commitment to live up to the company's trust and expectations, dedicate themselves to technological research, unite all team members to strive for excellence, overcome technical difficulties, inject new vitality into the company's research and development work, and provide strong technical support for new products.
Chairman Zhu Yajun presented appointment letters to the two team leaders and distributed learning books to each team member. The chairman reviewed the company's research and development history over the past 20 years, listing the technological accumulation in the field of electrical measurement and many products recognized by customers. However, many projects were still constrained by weak basic research, and technological breakthroughs were delayed. The chairman encouraged everyone to study more, conduct basic research in a down-to-earth manner, and strive to improve technical skills, so as to make their own contributions to the company's technological breakthroughs and the development of the electrical measurement industry.
